Hi folks,
We had our second and third lessons on the weekend. What we did was mostly speaking exercises on some topics in our textbook and then we had the most engaging activity, the ten-minute meeting with the A1 students. We split up into pairs and tried to talk to each other as much as we could. This activity was a shot in the arm that I badly needed. It reminded me of where I came from. You know, things don't always go so smoothly in real life, and neither does mine. Before I started this course, I was stuck at the intermediate plateau and didn't know how to get past it. And I am still not sure if I can get past this seemingly never-ending plateau. Since I started learning English, I have experienced many things that made me put my English studies on hold, and this caused me to forget most of what I learned, and then I had to study the same topics over and over again. But I know that as long as I'm alive and well, no matter how long my journey takes, no matter how forgetful I am, no matter how stupid I feel sometimes, I'll be here.
Anyway! This blog is just one of the tasks I have to do for homework, and now I need to figure out what and how to do the 'preparing a presentation' part. If there is at least one person who reads my blog, I am open to any suggestions. Thank you in advance for your future assistance.
See you next week
